Lay the diaper under the baby. Line up the back of the diaper with the belley button.

Pull the front of the diaper up.

Fold the sides out.

Fold the front down to expose the infant rise snaps at the desired rise height.

Snap wings. Make sure it's tight. There's elastic in both the back and front on the waist so there's plenty of stretch to move with your little one.

And Viola your done!
Oh, and it only takes 2 people when your trying to do this on a cranky newborn while taking pics ;0)
